Primus Maximus is Latin and was a Roman imperial title. This name means "the first and greatest" and describes our best dry Riesling. It comes from an excellent location with deep loess-clay soil and Taunus quartzite.
Description:
Expressive dry Riesling; appealing scent of peach and passion fruit; very spicy with good structure; harmoniously integrated fruit acid. A wine with a lot of future.

grilled fish, mussels, white meat and light vegetables

8 to 10 degrees Celsius
